Although likely paling by comparison to KFOG’s Kaboom earlier this year at Piers 30/32, there are a couple of relatively big fireworks displays coming up this weekend.

Friday, July 3rd at China Basin (by AT&T Park)
Fireworks will start at approximately 10:00 p.m. and last to about 10:15 p.m. (unless the Giants game goes into extra innings)

Saturday, July 4th at Pier 39
Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 p.m. until 9:50 p.m.
The area immediately around Aquatic Park and Pier 39 is usually a complete zoo for the 4th of July fireworks show. You may find that a comfy seat at Rincon Park or out on one of the pedestrian piers on either side of the Ferry Building provides a “good enough” vantage point.
