UPDATE 2:40 p.m. - The episode is now archived online.

If you’re curious to learn more about the commendable efforts and aspirations for the San Francisco Bike Plan that successfully cleared the EIR hurdle on Thursday evening at the Planning Commission and got the thumbs up for 45 bike lane projects (including 3 or so in the Rincon Hill neighborhood), please tune in to KQED radio’s Forum program on FM 88.5 on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.

I anticipate that I’ll be on the program at some point (around 9:15 a.m., I was told) to provide some explanation as to why the Rincon Hill, South Beach, and South Park neighborhoods support bike lanes but wanted the specific design, as proposed, for 2nd Street tabled for further discussion.
