The earthquake disaster in Haiti is a reminder that preparedness before the disaster is very important. Our neighbors Gary Pegueros and Katherine Webster along with SFFD’s Lt. Erica Arteseros (NERT Program Director) have scheduled a free 2-hour disaster preparedness training on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 3pm – 5pm at the South Beach Harbor Services Building. Two-Hour Disaster Preparedness Workshop covering what everyone should know to prepare personally, as a business and as a community, for a disaster. This FREE workshop will be held on Tuesday February 16th, 3pm to 5pm during the regularly scheduled South Beach/Mission Bay Business Association meeting.
